Everything the committee looks after

MemberCrew keeps the club’s records in one place, so the secretary, registrar and treasurer work from the same membership list instead of three spreadsheets.

Moving your records across, and the features on the way.

One record, many hands

Every feature works from the same membership list. When the treasurer records a payment, the member’s renewal is up to date for the secretary. When the registrar issues a log book, it sits on the member’s vehicle. When a member lapses, the registrar can see straight away whether they still hold a log book. Nobody has to copy anything from one spreadsheet to another.

Each committee member sees only what their role allows, and every change is recorded in the activity log, so sharing the work does not mean losing track of it.

Common questions

What does MemberCrew do?

It keeps a motor vehicle club’s records in one place: members and renewals, invoices and payments, vehicles and log books, events, reports, and the SA Conditional Registration Scheme reports. Committee members each see what their role needs.

Is every feature included in the price?

Yes. Every core plan includes every core feature, whatever the size of the club. The only extras are the club website ($50 a month, including GST) and SMS (pay as you go), and both are coming soon. Online renewal payments and email to members will be part of the core plan when they arrive.

What is coming soon?

Online renewal payments into the club’s own Stripe account and email to members (both part of the core plan), repeating events, a club website ($50 a month, including GST) and SMS to members (pay as you go). None of them has a release date yet.

Does MemberCrew suit clubs outside South Australia?

The Conditional Registration Scheme features are specific to South Australia. Everything else, from renewals and invoices to events and reports, works for any motor vehicle club.

Can members log in?

Yes. In the member portal, members see their membership and when it ends, their renewal status, vehicles and log books, invoices and upcoming events, say whether they are coming to events, and update their own contact details. Renewing and paying online in the portal is coming soon.
